Get paid for your invoices now, not in 60 days.
Sell your unpaid invoices for cash today instead of waiting 30, 60, or 90 days for customers to pay.
Applying does not commit you to an offer.
How it works.
You sell open invoices to a factoring company at a discount. It advances most of the invoice value now. When your customer pays, you receive the rest, minus the factoring fee.
Depending on the arrangement, the factor collects from your customer directly, or you pass the payments along. Because approval rests on your customers’ record of paying, your own credit matters less.
A good fit if you
- Invoice other businesses or government agencies
- Wait 30 days or more to get paid
- Are growing faster than your cash allows
- Work with customers who pay reliably
What we’ll ask for.
The application takes about two minutes. If you move forward, an underwriter will ask for these.

Photo ID
A driver’s license or passport for each owner.
-
Your open invoices
A list of unpaid invoices or an accounts-receivable aging report.
-

Questions about invoice factoring.
If yours isn’t here, call or email us at (516) 751-4764 or processing@blackstonefinancials.com.
Is invoice factoring a loan?
No. You’re selling an asset, your invoices, rather than borrowing. There’s no loan balance to pay down.
Who qualifies?
Businesses that invoice creditworthy commercial or government customers. Their payment history matters more than your credit score.
Will my customers know?
Often, yes, because payments may go to the factor. Some arrangements let you collect and pass payments along. We’ll explain the options.
Is factoring the same as accounts receivable financing?
The terms are often used interchangeably. Strictly, factoring sells the invoices, while receivables financing borrows against them. We’ll tell you which one you’re being offered.
