Financing for the property your business runs on.
Buy, refinance, or renovate commercial property with long terms and a predictable monthly payment.
Applying does not commit you to an offer.
How it works.
A commercial real estate loan is a mortgage for business property: offices, storefronts, warehouses, and industrial space. The loan is secured by a lien on the property.
You don’t have to be buying. Owners also use these loans to refinance or renovate property they already hold. They’re for commercial property only; a home mortgage is a different product.

How is this different from a home mortgage?
Terms are usually shorter, rates and fees differ, and approval leans on the property’s value and your business’s finances.
What property qualifies?
Commercial property such as offices, retail space, warehouses, and industrial buildings.
What do I need to qualify?
A solid business history, a reasonable credit profile, and proof of the property’s value, usually an appraisal.
How is the rate set?
By your business’s finances, the property type, how much you borrow against its value, and the market at the time.
